Este error no lo tenemos reportado.
Es un error que le ocurre seguido? La KB tiene alguna particularidad? tiene alguna serie de pasos para reproducir este error?

Cualquier información de ese tipo nos ayuda a poder resolver este tipo de errores.  
Cualquier cosa a las ordenes

Luiz El usuario administrador se crea por defecto para facilitar la prototipación desde GX, el user name es "admin" y su password "admin123". Estos datos se especifican en las propiedades administrator user name y administrator user password , a nivel del environment, en la sección Integrated Security. Si realizas un cambio en alguno de éstos a nivel del backend, es necesario cambiarlo tambien en las propiedades indicadas. Para crear nuevos usuarios siendo el usuario admin, puedes ejecutar el backend del gam (gamhome) e ir por la opción del menú "Users" para crear nuevos usuarios.
